    Writing Challenge #5

    M’ Lord and M’ Ladies

Upon reading this person’s post a bit back, I got inspired for this writing challenge.  My inspiration came from queeninocent2002

She is always such a sweet loving lady.  She had written something on her blog and mentioned the phrase “Unconditional Love.”
So, my question to you, dear court, my challenge for you is this:

Is there such a thing as unconditional love between people other than parent and child?  Explain why you do or do not believe this way.
This will be a quick one.  You have the entire weekend and up to Wednesday the 21st of Decmeber (that’s THIS COMING WEDNESDAY)

Please let me know when you’ve posted so I can link to you!

    As Always

P.S.  Please also remember to link to the blog ring Kween of the Queens or this site!

I am so overwhelmed by you all!  Each and every Letter to Santa was so creative and wonderful!  You all thrilled me with your heartfelt wishes and you tickled me with your funny thoughts. . .I have to call this another rousing success!

Out of 61 members, 36 of you posted!  I believe that’s the highest number so far!

I do no usually do this, but I just feel like I have to this time.  Now, I loved each and every Letter to Santa, but there was one that really grabbed my attention.  It was sweet and honest and made me wish that I had small children once again so I could tell them about this. I know that many of you have already read most of the letters, but I’m re posting this site so you can go back again. . . and I’m recommending that all of you mothers of small children out there take note, this is the most wonderful explanation of Santa that I have ever come across!  Please check it out once again, and I’m guessing that those of us who don’t have Grandchildren yet, or who have young grandchildren might take a lesson also!

Thank you all so much for your great response!  I have another challenge in mind and will be posting that a bit later in the week, perhaps tomorrow or the next day.  Wednesdays seem to be the best day for me to be able to pay close attention to what’s going on here on this site, you understand, for the linking and such, so whatever I decide will be due NEXT WEDNESDAY, December 21st.  And that will be, I think, the last one of the year.
For those of you who haven’t finished reading the Letters to Santa, just scroll down the the last entry and all are listed there.

    Have glorious days ~Kween

  • A NEW WRITING CHALLANGE!!

A Glorious Day to you M’Ladies and M’Lord!

I pray your after week is going well!
I have decided to proclaim a new writing challenge for you all.
This is an idea that I gleaned from screaminginmyhead
She has graciously given me permission to use it for this writing assignment.
    Here is the idea:

You are writing your very last letter to your life.  What are you going to say?

Be it long, short, or done with pictures, the choice is yours.

You are free to relay your thoughts in any manner you wish.

If you want it short and sweet like this:

    Dear Life,

    Thanks for nothing.

    Sincerely

    . . . . .

Or long and with many descriptions, or just in pictures. . .there are only four guidelines I wish you to follow:

Please write it in letter form. . .example:

    Dear Life,

Yours Sincerely (or however you choose to close your letter)

Next, the time limit on this is approximately 1 week.  Your LETTER TO LIFE is due on MONDAY , December 5.
Thirdly, MAKE SURE TO LINK TO EITHER THIS SITE OR THE THE KWEEN OF THE QUEEN BLOG RING.  (This is important because we want more members!)

Lastly, dear court, please come to this site to let me know when you have posted so that I can get a link up to your site!

I thought this sounded like a very interesting subject to write about.  You may want to give it some thought first (as I have), or, you may just want to write it “off the cuff”.  Whatever you feel, that’s what I want you to write about!
I hope you enjoy this challenge!
